If your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 15 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Prior to return, please submit a form here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service.
To return or exchange your purchase, pack the items securely in original packaging, if possible. If you have discarded the original packaging, you can pack the items by your own method or contact us for assistance, we will guide you through the process.
Please note that we do not accept exchange or return due to:
• Dissatisfaction on color preferences
• Items not in original condition or have been opened for use
We are only able to offer exchange of the same item. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative color/design/style, we suggest that you return it at your own cost for refund and make new a purchase for the new item. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping fee for exchange is applicable.
